This matter coming for revision of sentence, Upon perusal of the record and the Sentence Review Report, the remainder of the offender's sentence is revised to Community Service for 12 months at KIMUMO PRIMARY SCHOOL under the supervision of the Probation Office Makueni. During that period he shall be involved among other in school compound clearing, tree planting/tending activities.
A Community Service Order to issue accordingly
