RULING

1.   The County Land Surveyor is the proposed Surveyor to attend the site visit on the 10.04.2026.

2.   The parties are directed to take the necessary steps to procure the attendance of the Government Surveyor.

3.   In the meantime, the costs of the surveyor will be shared equally between the Plaintiff, 1st Defendant and 3rd Defendant equally.
