RULING
1. The Respondents are granted leave of 7 days from today’s date to prepare, file and serve their response to the Application.
2. The Application dated 27.02.2026 will come up for directions and/or hearing on the 23.03.2026.
3. The officer in-charge of the 1st Respondent within Uasin Gishu County be and is hereby summoned to attend Court on the 23.03.2026 to explain the activities on the ground.
4. In the meantime, the Respondents are directed to stop any activities on the suit property pending the hearing and determination of this Application.
