SENTENCE REVIEW

1. This matter is before me for purposes of revision under the decongestion exercise by the Judiciary vide memo dated 13th March 2024.
2. The convict was sentenced to 2 years’ imprisonment on 7th March 2023 and was in custody from 1st January 2023
3. The Probation Report filed on 18th March 2024 recommends Community Service for 12 months at the Mbooni Probation Office
4. The sentence is revised accordingly.
5. The Offender is to serve Community Service for 12 months at the Mbooni Probation Office.
6. Community Service Order to issue accordingly
