Court: I have carefully considered the Recommendation by the PACS Mbooni that the offender be placed on Community Service for one month. However , he is serving a two year sentence for theft from 21st December 2023.
Upon considering the report in its entirety it is my view that a Probation Supervision Order would be more suitable for him .
I order therefor that the offender be place on Probation supervision for 8 months to be supervised by PACs Mbooni with effect from 2nd April 2024
