JUDGEMENT
1. Based on the Ground visit and re-establishment of the boundaries between the Plaintiff property known as Uasin Gishu/Kipkabus Settlement Scheme/482 and 1326 and 1327, the Court hereby makes the following orders;
a) The Defendant is hereby prohibited by way of a permanent injunction from entering, grazing, grabbing, cultivating, developing and/or in any other manner interfering with the use and occupation of the Plaintiff on the suit property known as Uasin Gishu/Kipkabus Settlement Scheme/482.
b) The Defendant is condemned to pay costs of this suit.
