RULING
1. The Application dated 9.07.2026 is not certified urgent.
2. By consent, the Order made on 6.07.2026 has and is hereby reviewed by releasing all the titles save for L.R Uasin Gishu/Kimumu/9083 and 9084 which the Court acknowledge receipt of the same.
3. An Inhibition be and is hereby issued to be registered as L.R Uasin Gishu/Kimumu/9083 and 9084 to subsist until the determination of the suit.
4. The County Land Surveyor and the County Land Registrar be and are hereby ordered to visit the L.R No.Uasing Gishu/Kimumu/9083 and 9084 and establish its boundary and make report of which portion is occupied by the Plaintiff within 45 days from today’s date.
5. This matter will be mentioned on 25.09.2026 to confirm filing of the report and take further direction.
