RULING
1. An Order be and hereby issued that the County Land Registrar Uasin Gishu do forthwith Cancel the title deed of the suit property known as Uasin Gishu/Kimumu/9083 measuring 0.20Ha in the name of the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Defendants issued on 26.10.2021.
2. Thereafter, the Land Registrar is directed to effect the transfer in line with the Decree issued on 05.05.2025.
3. There will be no orders as to costs on the Application.
