RULING

Based on the submission of the parties, the Court hereby makes the following Orders in determination of the Application dated 04.07.2025;

  1. Time be and is hereby enlarged for the Appellant to prepare, file and serve them Memorandum of Appeal within 14 days from today’s date.
  2. The Appellant is granted leave of 45 days upon filing of the Memorandum of Appeal to prepare, file and serve the Record of Appeal.
  3. The file should be closed.
