I have read the applicant\'s application dated 4 September 2024 filed under a certificate of urgency of even date. By dint of section 175(3) of the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act, 2015, the application is certified urgent. Leave is granted in terms of prayers 2 (a), (b) and (c) of the chamber summons. As far as the filing and disposal of the main suit is concerned, directions are as follows:
(i) The motion shall be filed and served within three days of the date of this ruling.
(ii) The respondents shall file and serve their response within 3 days of the date of service of the applicant\'s motion.
(iii) The suit shall be disposed of by way of written submissions and to that end:
(a) The applicant\'s submissions shall be filed and served within 3 days of the date of service of the respondent\'s response.
(b) The respondents\' submissions shall be filed and served within 3 days of the date of service of the applicant\'s submissions.
(iv) Highlighting of submissions shall be on 17.09.2024.
