I have read the applicant's application dated 6 May 2024 filed under a certificate of urgency of even date. I am not satisfied that the application is urgent. Nonetheless, leave is granted in terms of prayers 2 and 3 of the chamber summons. The prayer for leave to operate as stay is declined. I direct that the main motion be filed and served within 7 days of the date of this ruling. The respondents shall file and serve their response within seven days of the date of service of the applicant's motion. Mention for directions on the hearing of the motion on 10 June 2024.
