I  have carefully considered the chamber summons dated 16.8.24 , the same seeks that the notice of motion dated 16.8.24 be certified as urgent and he admitted for hearing during the current August vacation .  I note that the Notice of motion seeks reinstatement of bond . I allow the chamber summon due to the urgent nature of the notice of motion . I order that the notice of motion be served upon the state and be heard on  9.9.24 . Lower court file no MCCR no.100 of 2024 be availed .
