This is a Chambers Recess Ruling with respect to the Petitioners/Applicants' Chamber Summons dated 19/12/2025.
The Chamber Summons seeks three substantive orders, namely: (i) that the Chamber Summons be certified as urgent and it be heard and determined forthwith, (ii) the Notice of Motion Application dated 19/12/2025 be heard and determined during the current recess period, and (iii) the costs of the Chamber Summons be provided for.
Noting the procedural nature of the Chamber Summons, the same is ripe for summary determination in Chambers, and it is fit, just, and expedient for this Court to determine the same summarily and in Chambers, as follows:
(i) The Chamber Summons dated 19/12/2025 be and is hereby certified as urgent, and the same shall be heard and determined forthwith and in Chambers as below;
(ii) The Petitioners/Applicants' Notice of Motion Application be and is hereby certified as urgent and the Application shall be heard and determined on priority, with Directions on an expedited hearing and determination schedule to issue separately;
(iii) Being procedural in nature, and having been determined ex parte and in Chambers, there shall be no costs attributable to the Chamber Summons dated 19/12/2025.
4. The Petitioners/Applicants' Chamber Summons dated 19/12/2025 is consequently determined as per Paragraph 3 above.
