This matter coming for revision of sentence, Upon perusal of the record and the Sentence Review Report, the remainder of the offender's sentence is revised to Community Service for 12 months at MUUSINI CHIEF'S OFFICE under the supervision of the Probation Office Makueni. During that period he shall be involved in among other activities, tree planting of at least 100 trees/ tree tending activities.
