UPON reading and considering the Application dated 10 th of June 2025, together with the grounds relied on, the supporting affidavit and annexures thereto, presented to this Court by Counsel for the Applicant, AND UPON confirming that service was duly effected and no response from the Respondent filed, this Application is hereby deemed unopposed. AND FURTHER, UPON confirming that the Certificate of Costs dated 15 th of May 2025 has not been set aside or varied, and that there is no dispute on retainer, the Application dated 10th of June 2025 is hereby allowed and as such:
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AS FOLLOWS;
1. Judgement is hereby entered for the sum of Kshs. 235,016.00/= as per the Certificate of Taxation dated 15 th May 2025, with interest thereon at the rate of 14% per annum with effect from 8 th May 2025 until payment in full.
2. The costs of this Application shall be borne by the Respondent.
