UPON reading and considering the Application dated 14 th of October 2025, together with the grounds relied on, the supporting affidavit and annexures thereto, presented to this Court by Counsel for the Applicant, AND UPON confirming that service was duly effected and no response from the Respondent filed, this Application is hereby deemed unopposed, and UPON confirming that the Certificate of Cost has not been set aside or varied, and that there is no pending reference, the Application dated 14 th of October 2025 is hereby allowed and as such:
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AS FOLLOWS;
1. Judgement is hereby entered in favour of the Applicant for the sum of Kshs. 786,058.00/= as per the Certificate of Taxation dated 7 th of October 2025, with interest thereon at court rates from 24 th September 2025 until payment in full.
2. A decree does issue for the said amount of Kshs. 786,058.00/=
3. The costs of this Application assessed at Kshs. 50,000/= shall be borne by the Respondent.
