I gather from the application dated 4 July 2025, filed under a certificate of urgency of even date the money sought to be transferred to a joint account was paid earlier than January 2024. If that be the case, I see no reason why the application for a joint account, more than one year down the line should be urgent and, in particular, be certified to be heard during this Honourable Court's recess. In the circumstances, I am not satisfied that the application is urgent. I direct that the same be served for mention in the new term, more particularly on 15 October 2025. It is so ordered.
