UNIFREIGHT TRUCKING SERVICES LIMITED VS AUTO CONTINENTAL LIMITED

I have read the applicant's application dated 30 July 2025, filed under a certificate of urgency of even date. Considering that the judgment whose execution is the subject to the application for stay was delivered more than three months ago, I am not satisfied that the application is urgent. I direct that the application be served for mention before Mutai, J. on  17 September 2025 for directions on the manner of its disposal. In the meantime, stay of execution pending the hearing of the application is granted on condition that the decretal sum is deposited in an interest-earning bank account in the joint names of the parties' respective counsel within 45 days of the date of this order. It is so ordered.
