The accused person herein was charged with the offence of murder contrary to Section 203 as read with Section 204 of the Penal Code.
The particulars to the offence were that the accused person on 30th day of July 2023 at Suna Rabuor Location in Suna East Sub-County within Migori County murdered Wilson Okeyo Choka.
