I direct that the application be served for mention before Visram, J., for directions on the mode of its disposal on 14 April 2026. In the meantime, stay of execution is granted on condition that half of the decretal sum is deposited in court, as security for the performance of the decree in the event the appeal fails, within 14 days of the date of this order.
