JUDGEMENT
By consent of the Plaintiff and the 4 th Respondent, this matter is hereby settled on the following terms;
1. The 4 th Respondent hereby agrees to transfer a portion measuring 0.5 acres on the property known as L.R No.Uasin Gishu/Ndalat Scheme/454 to the Plaintiff in compensation of his portion of land in the property known as L.R No. Uasin Gishu Ndalat Scheme/98.
2. The 4 th Respondent will undertake to procure the relevant consent to facilitate the sub-division and transfer of the 0.5acres on L.R No. Uasin Gishu/Ndalat Scheme/454 in favour of the Plaintiff.
3. The file is closed.
