I have read the applicant's application dated 22 August 2023 filed under certificate of urgency of even date. From the face of the application and considering that no statutory statement has been filed I doubt this is an application for this division. Be that as it may I do not consider the application urgent as to be admitted during this Honourable Court's recess . I direct the application be served for directions on 11 October 2023.
