RULING
- The Applicant was found guilty on his own plea on the offence of Stealing contrary to Section 268(1) as read with Section 275 of the Penal Code where he was sentenced to pay Kshs 5,000/- in default of which to serve 1 ½ month imprisonment on 22nd March, 2024.
- The Applicant was released from prison on 20th April, 2024. I have considered the circumstances herein. The Applicant completed his sentence and was therefore released from custody. Consequently this file is closed.
