- The Applicant was found guilty on his own plea on the offence of Assault causing actual bodily harm contrary to Section 251 of the Penal Code where he was sentenced to one-year imprisonment on 14th February, 2024.
- The Applicant was released from prison on 14th October, 2024. I have considered the circumstances herein. The Applicant completed his sentence and was therefore released from custody. Consequently this file is closed.
