I have read the applicant's application dated 16 May 2024 filed under a certificate of urgency of even date. I am not satisfied that the application is urgent. Nonetheless, leave is granted in terms of prayers 2 and 3 of the chamber summons. I direct that the substantive motion be filed and served within 7 days of the date of this ruling. The respondent and interested party shall file and serve their response within 7 days of the date of service of the applicant's substantive motion. Directions on the hearing of the motion is shall be taken on 12 June 2024. It is so ordered.
