- The accused person Clinton Ouma Odhiambo was charged with the offence of murder contrary to Section 203 as read with Section204 of the Penal Code.
- The particulars are that on 11.5.24 at Chamgiwadu area in Chamgiwadu Sub Location, South Kamagambo Location, Rongo Sub County in Migori County within the Republic of Kenya murdered Elizabeth Anyango Odhiambo.
- Upon taking plea the accused person was admitted to bond of Kshs. 500,000/= with one surety of a similar amount. On 14.8.24 Mr. Ogwe Advocate for the accused applied for review of the bond terms on the ground that the accused had not been able to raise security for the bond terms earlier ordered. That court called for bail assessment report and the same was filed on 27.8.24 the assessment report is favourable for review of bond terms. This court therefore reviews the bond terms to Kshs. 300,000/=with a surety of a similar amount. The accused person will be required to report to the investigating officer on the 1st Friday of the month until further orders of this court.
