I have considered the applicant's application dated 20 September 2023 filed under a certificate of urgency of even date. The application seeks to have yet another application dated 25 April 2023 admitted to hearing. It is not clear why this latter application was not brought before court on 25 April 2023. I cannot find any reasons in the certificate to satisfy the application urgent. I direct the application dated 25 April 2023 be served for directions on the manner of its disposal on 25 October 2023. It is so ordered.
