RULING
1. The Court did pronounce a Judgement in this matter on the 19.06.2025.
2. In the Judgement of 19.06.2025, Order 7 was directed to the Respondent to return the title deed in his name to the Land Registrar for cancellation within 14 days from the date of the Judgement.
3. However, the Respondent has failed to comply on the grounds that the title was misplaced and/or lost.
4. Consequently, this Court hereby directs the County Land Registrar, Uasin Gishu to declare and record the title issued on 23/08/2023 as cancelled and/or of no legal effect and this Order should be recorded in the Register of the property known as L.R Eldoret Municipality Block 14/593 forthwith.
