I have considered the application dated 15 September 2023 filed under a certificate of urgency of even date. I don't find any reason to certify the application urgent. Nonetheless, leave is granted in terms of prayer 1 of the summons. The main motion to be filed and served within seven days of the date of this order. The respondents are directed to file and serve their response within seven days of the date of service of the applicant's application. The application shall be mentioned on 23 October 2023 for directions on the mode of its disposal. It is so ordered.
