  1. From a perusal of the file, the Court takes note that there is another file known as ELC No.206 of 2016 which relates to the same suit property and the same Plaintiffs but suing a different Defendant before ELC 1.
  2. Consequently, to avoid a conflict of decisions over the same property, this file is transferred to ELC-1 for hearing and determination.
  3. The matter will be mentioned on 22.09.2025 before ELC-1 for further directions.
