RULING

  1. The court has perused the application and Replying Affidavit.
  2. Similarly, the court has heard the submissions of the parties.
  3. From the application and the submission by Counsel for the applicant, it is clear that the Applicant is not happy with the ruling that was delivered on 13th February, 2025.
  4. The Applicant is seeking to reverse the said orders through a review.
  5. However, Order 45 provides for the specific grounds upon which a court can review its rulings and/or judgments.
  6. The Applicant unfortunately has not satisfied the said requirement to enable the court review its judgment.
  7. The application dated 14th February, 2025 is denied and dismissed with costs.
