RULING
UPON the appellants' Notice of Motion dated 30th July 2026 coming up for directions before Lady Justice Mwanaisha S Shariff on 4th August 2026 and UPON PERUSAL of the same, I find that it lacks a competent supporting affidavit as there is no indication as to when the purported supporting affidavit was sworn. I thus strike out the application for being fatally and incurably defective.
