The application under Certificate of Urgency dated 27th September 2024 which seeks to have contempt proceedings instituted against the Respondents herein, pursuant to the orders of status quo of 31st July 2024 is not certified as urgent. To this effect it shall be served upon the Respondents within 7 (seven) days from today who shall in turn file their respective responses within 14 (fourteen) days upon service. The Applicant is granted corresponding leave of 7 days, upon service, to file a further affidavit, if need be, in response. This matter shall now be mentioned for further directions as earlier scheduled, on the 7th October 2024 .
