date and the Supporting Affidavit sworn by one Elijah Kiptanui Korir also on the same date, it is
hereby Ordered:-
1. The Application is NOT certified urgent.
2. The Applicant to serve the Application together with these Directions on the Respondent before
the close of business on 19/06/2024 and file an Affidavit of Service thereto not later than four (4)
days of service.
3. The Respondents shall file and serve responses within Seven (7) days of service of the
Application.
4. The Application shall be heard inter partes in open Court on 2nd July, 2024 when further
directions may be issued
