RULING

By consent the application dated 22nd October 2024 , is allowed in the following manner;

  1. The Plaintiff’s case is hereby re-opened for purposes of justice
  2. The Plaintiff is granted leave of seven days from today’s date to prepare, file and serve their extra witness statement and list of documents in support of their case.
  3. The Defendant shall have leave of 14 days upon service to prepare, file and serve a response by way of witness statements and a further list of document in support of their case.
  4. The matter will be heard on 27th February, 2025 at 11:30am in open court.
  5. There will be no orders as to costs on the application.
