RULING
- The Land Surveyor is hereby granted 60 days from today’s date to demarcate the original boundary of L.R No. 1104/2 and L.R No. 11041/3 and identify the sub-division in dispute and file the relevant Ground Report.
- The matter will be mentioned on 9th July, 2025 for compliance and taking further directions.
- The OCS in-charge of the Police station nearest to the properties known as L.R No.11041/2 and L.R 11041/3 is hereby directed to provide the appropriate police assistance for the execution of this Court’s orders.
- Each party is directed to elect three representatives to accompany the Land Surveyor during the visit for purposes of identifying the portions of land under litigation only.
