In the meantime, stay of execution pending the hearing of the application inter partes is granted on condition that, within thirty days of the date of this order, the decretal sum is deposited in an interest-earning bank account opened in the joint names of the advocates of the applicant and the respondent to secure performance of the decree in the event the application fails.
