I have read the Applicant's application dated 17 December 2025, filed under a certificate of urgency of even date. If the first statutory notice was sent way back in October 2025, it is not clear from the application why the applicant had to wait until the last day of the term to file the instant application. In these circumstances, I am not satisfied that the application is urgent. I direct that the application be served for directions before Wangari on 28 January 2026.
