' I have read the applicant''s application dated 29 August 2025 filed under certificate of urgency seeking that the main application be heard during this Honourable Court current recess. I am satisfied that the application is urgent and it is so certified. I direct that the same the served for mention for directions on the manner of its disposal on 23 September 2025 before Justice Wangari. The respondents are directed to file and serve their response within 7 Days of the date of service of the application. In the meantime, and pending the hearing of the application or further orddres of this Honourbale court, an order is hereby issued staying execution by way of the warrants of attachment and sale dated 11 August 2025 and the Notice of Proclamation of Movable Property dated 26 August 2025 or any other way howsoever.
