RULING
1. Whereas this file had been listed for revision of the applicant’s sentence in line with the judiciary’s prison decongestion exercise, I have upon perusal of the trial file MCTRE 017/2026, established that the applicant Mohamed Rabin, who was convicted of traffic offence contrary to sections 103A(1) as read with section 103A(7) of the Traffic Act CAP 403 of the Laws of Kenya and sentenced on 5.1.2026 to pay a fine of Ksh 5,000 or serve 3months custodial sentence, has already paid his fine.
2. Premised upon the reasons aforesaid, this file is hereby marked as closed.
