1. I have considered the application dated 26 March 2025 together with the affidavit filed in support.
2. I am satisfied that the reasons contained in the grounds and the supporting affidavit justify granting the orders sought.
3. I exercise my discretion and grant the application as prayed for. I find that no prejudice will be occasioned by allowing the applicant to serve by way of substituted service.
4. Costs shall be in the cause.
