On 17.11.2021, I suspended the Liquidation order issued by the judgment dated 27.08.2021 for a period of 3 months to enable the Company settle the debt. To date there has been no application for stay pending appeal, the debt has not been settled and the three months have elapsed. This means the Liquidation order is now reinstated and the Official Receiver is now in charge of the Company.
In the meantime, the Petitioner's application dated 15.02.2022 in so far as it concerns a secured creditor and the proceeds of the sale of the security is superfluous. It is now struck out.
The directors of the Company are directed to furnish the Official Receiver with the Statements of Affairs and document relating to the Company for a period of 3 years preceding the presentation of the Petition or such other time the Official Receiver may require.
