I have read the applicant's application dated 17 October 2023 filed under a certificate of urgency of even date. I am not satisfied that the application is urgent. Nevertheless, the application is allowed and leave is granted in terms of prayer ii (a) and (b) of the chamber summons. The applicant is directed to file and serve the substantive motion within 7 days of the date of this order. The respondents and interested parties shall file their response to the motion within 7 days of the date of service of the applicant's motion. The suit shall be mentioned on 13 December 2023 for directions on the mode of its disposal. It is so ordered.
