I have read the applicant's application dated 1 April 2026 filed under a certificate of urgency of even date. There is no evidence that the execution process has commenced, and therefore, I will not certify the application as urgent. Nonetheless, a stay of execution is granted on condition that the decretal sum is deposited in court within 30 days of the date of this order as security for the performance of the decree. Meanwhile, the applicant is directed to serve the application within seven days of the date hereof. The respondent shall file and serve his response within 7 days of the date of service of the applicant's application. The application shall be mentioned on 13 May 2026 for further directions.
