I have read the applicant's application dated 14 March 2025 filed under a certificate of urgency of even date. There is no evidence that the execution process has been set in motion, and therefore, there is no reason to certify the application urgent. I direct that the application be served for hearing inter partes on 16 July 2025. In the meantime, stay of execution pending the hearing of the application inter partes is granted on condition that the decretal sum is deposited in a joint interest earning bank account in the joint names of the appellants' and respondents' respective counsel on record within 30 days of the date of this order. It is so ordered.
