Similarly, in this file, the Order hereby makes the following orders: -

  2. The issue of interest payable on the judgment of Khs.345,565/= be determined by way of a ruling.
  3. The Advocate/Applicant is directed to serve their submissions on the issue on interest by close of business today.
  4. The Client/Respondent is granted leave of 7 days to prepare, file and serve their submission on interest.
