Having confirmed that the Respondent was properly served with the application herein and having confirmed the correctness of the tabulation of the assessment of the Directorate of Occupations Safety and Health of the compensation payable to the Applicant for injuries he sustained while in the employment of the Respondent, in the sum of Kshs. 364,790, this court adopts the award as an order of this court and Judgment is accordingly entered for the Applicant against the Respondent in the said sum of Kshs.364,790.
The said sum shall attract interest at Court rates from date of filing the application.
The Respondent shall bear the applicants costs of the application.
