THIS MATTER coming up on 19/12/2025 for directions on the Notice of Motion dated 11/12/25 before Honourable Justice MWANGI NJOROGE and UPON READING THE APPLICATION in the absence of the Counsel for the Applicant and Counsel for the Respondent IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:
1. THAT the application is not certified as urgent;
2. THAT the Applicant shall serve the notice of motion forthwith upon all the respondents and an affidavit of service shall be filed;
3. THAT the respondents shall file responses to the notice of motion within 14 days of service and serve the same upon the applicant;
4. THAT the motion shall be heard on 19/2/2026 by way of highlighting written submissions;
5. THAT all parties shall within 14 days of service of the response exchange skeleton submissions which they shall respectively highlight on 19/2/2026;
6. THAT the status quo obtaining as at the date of this order on the ground and in the titles register with regard to the GEDE/MIJOMBONI/201 shall be observed and respected by all the parties herein until the hearing and determination of the application dated 11/12/2025.
