THIS MATTER coming up on 13/11/2025 for directions on the Chamber Summons dated 11/11/25 before Honourable Justice MWANGI NJOROGE and UPON READING THE APPLICATION in the absence of the Counsel for the Applicant and Counsel for the Respondent IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:
1. THAT the application is not certified as urgent;
2. THAT the applicant shall serve the notice of motion forthwith, together with a copy of this order, upon the respondent and an affidavit of service shall be filed; the respondent shall file and serve his response within 14 days of service;
4. THAT parties shall within 7 days of service of the response exchange skeleton submissions which they shall respectively highlight on 22/1/2026;
5. THAT the application shall be heard on 22/1/2026;
6. THAT the status quo shall be maintained by all parties pending hearing and determination of the application.
