Through the Application dated 16/9/2025, the ex-parte applicant seeks leave of the court to initiate judicial review proceedings to, interalia, quash the decision of
the Adjudication Officer under the Adjudication Act in relation to parcel number Buuri/Ruiri Rwarera/4281 in Buuri Adjudiction Section. The court has perused the
accompanying pleadings and evidence. The court is satisfied that there may be issues that warrant further consideration through a judicial review motion.
Consequently, the ex-parte applicant is hereby granted leave to file and serve a substantive motion within 21 days. in default the leave shall lapse. costs shall be in
the cause.
